Medos Hotel Budapest

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location - just a short walk to the Oktogon Metro station and the main shopping area. The hotel is also within walking distance to the famous Szechenyi Baths. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food and drinks to choose from. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning.

Felt so at home, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is located in a quiet street, right in the center of the city. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms are basic but clean, with a lovely walk-in shower and daily cleaning. One thing we really appreciated was the included breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options including two types of eggs, a selection of breads, meats, and cheeses. But the highlight for me was the amazing coffee, which was the best I've had in a while. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb. It was situated right off a major street, which is known as the Rodeo Drive of Budapest and is home to many embassies. The surrounding area had a charming atmosphere with quaint small streets filled with wonderful restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and bars. Within a ten-minute walk, I was able to reach the Danube, making it convenient to explore the city's historic sites. Furthermore, there was a major subway stop just a block away from the hotel. Throughout my stay, the staff at the hotel were helpful and efficient, always ready to assist with any questions or needs that arose.

We stayed in a hotel located in a very central and noisy area, but it was perfect for exploring the city. The metro station was just a few steps away, making it easy to get around. As for the room, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a diverse selection. The bathroom was decent, and the coffee machine was a nice perk.

The front desk staff wasn't as accommodating as we would have liked. They were unhelpful when we requested recommendations for nearby restaurants and refused to call an alternative taxi company.
